As the rules and regulations for the energy sector in Mexico have changed to allow for more out of country investment\, a prime reason for the Trade Mission will be to serve as a vehicle for business exchange focusing on the oil/gas industry among others. \n\n\n\nConveners in each of the respective states will recruit business leaders in the following business sectors to be matched with like business interests.
