DESCRIPTION:You are invited to attend an upcoming event hosted by the World Trade Center New Orleans with the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) Intellectual Property (IP) Attach  Program on December 4\, 2019\, 2:00   3:30 pm.\n\n \n\nThe USPTO is the federal agency that grants U.S. patents and registers trademarks. In addition\, the USPTO provides advice on IP policy\, protection and enforcement and works to promote stronger and more effective IP protection around the world. The IP Attach  Program consists of thirteen IP attach s   who are diplomats   posted in ten countries who advocate for improvements to foreign IP systems\, conduct training programs and public awareness campaigns on IP\, and assist U.S. stakeholders with IP issues in their respective regions.\n\n \n\nThis program will be an excellent opportunity to learn about important and emerging IP issues in foreign regions\, ask questions relevant to your business or industry\, and connect with the IP attach s. Present for this program will be Dominic Keating\, the Director of the IP Attach  Program\, and the IP attach s assigned to U.S. missions in China\, the European Union\, Mexico\, South America\, and Southeast Asia.\n\n \n\nIf you would like to attend\, please RSVP by November 25.
